Customer: A major Swedish fashion group.

Mission: Create a new platform for online sales.

Information: The customer had chosen a platform to quickly roll out online sales to several markets. The platform was built from standard software and adapted by a large international consultancy company for every new market.

The customer wanted:

– To use the platform for long-term expansion.

– Continuously drive online sales.

– Now it’s also easier to make sure that the change is in line with strategic goals.

Architecture for Digital Asset Management

Customer: Large Swedish listed company.

Mission: Create better control over the business’ digital assets.

Information: The customer had several local  Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for managing digital assets and rights. None of these systems were suitable to scale up and make central. Therefore, a new DAM was procured. The procurement covered the product itself, but also the implementation of it as well as its operation. In addition to the purely technical aspects, the introduction lead to a significant change in the business processes.

– From the beginning, our focus was on evaluating how the various candidates in the procurement could live up to the customer’s requirements. Had the system they requested have the required capabilities, or did we need to venture deeper into the problem? There was also the need to harmonise the business’ functional requirements with the IT requirements (for example, architectural, non-functional, etc)

– Tagore specified feasible non-functional requirements because it was not certain which parts of the business would ultimately use the system. This meant uncertainty about, among other things, amounts of data and the number of users that needed to be managed.

– In order to avoid a major implementation, Tagore made a roadmap with division in applications for the various systems that would be integrated with the DAM system.

Customer: Major Swedish authority.

Mission: Create a permission process for an Identity Access Management (IAM) system.

Information: A larger organisation should reorganise. This project also wanted to introduce and further develop the authority’s IAM system. The challenge was to get different parts of the business to agree on a common process and to meet safety requirements with high levels of usefulness in a complex environment.

– Workshops were conducted with representatives from different parts of the business.

– We created a new common approach to working.

– Tagore assisted with the practical work and introduction of an agile way of working to support the team and product owners with prioritisation, planning and follow-up for the IAM system.

– The IAM-system improved significantly, and went from being used in a limited extent to being used for the majority of applications in the authority.

– The parties agreed on a common national process that was introduced into the whole business.

– The agile way of working resulted in stable and fast deliveries to happy customers.

Architecture for Swedish care services

Customer: Inera.

Mission: Realise new architecture for Swedish health services.

Information: Inera’s existing organisation couldn’t create a new architecture for the Swedish healthcare system themselves. On their wish list was the establishment of an ‘Integration Competence Centre’ (ICC), and to enable faster realisation of new services. Tagore lead the work with a new architecture and built the ICC to succeed in this.
