Welcome David Hultin, new consultant at Tagore

Accurate, social and analytical – some of the characteristics of Tagore’s newest consultant.

How come you now start working at Tagore?

“I discovered Tagore via Linkedin and thought it sounded like an interesting workplace with healthy values that match mine. In addition, I looked forward to working in a slightly smaller company where everyone knows everyone.”

What are your previous experiences?

“I recently worked at Forefront Consulting, before that I worked at Multisoft and ÅF. After taking my master’s degree in Technical Physics at KTH, I got into the IT consulting industry and started working as a developer at ÅF. When I then continued my career at Multisoft, I worked a lot with databases and requirements management in several different roles, right until I got interested in the role of solution architect, which has been my main role for the past three years at Forefront.”

And at Tagore, what is your role?

“I will work as a solution architect.”

What is most appealing about Tagore to you?

“It is a close-knitted organization where you share skills, lessons and develop each other.”

How will you contribute?

“I’m something of a social analyst. I like to be friends with everyone and make sure that everyone is involved. I am also structured, it is an important part of my work. Many customers’ challenges lie in the fact that they are aware of their problems and have an idea of how they want it, my role then is often to identify processes and solutions that create value through structure.”

What do you do when you are not working?

“Ride a mountain bike or do carpentry on a home construction project. I always have a project going on and like to do it properly. The carpentry fits well with my role as an architect, I’m good at thinking ahead – I’d rather make mistakes on paper than later in the implementation phase.”
