Highest ratings – here’s what our customers think of us

Here are the answers from our annual customer survey of how all our consultants were assessed on competence, trust and well-being. Customer reviews are at the top level in all criteria. 

‘These are numbers you don’t see at many consultancies, so we are unbelievably proud and happy that the customers like us so much,’ said Benny Lundberg, CEO at Tagore.

In 2016, Tagore had 12 consultants in the field who were employed for enough time to be rated by our customers. The level of competence landed at 4.8 on a five-degree scale, while the score for confidence ended up even higher – 4.9. As regards well-being, consultants also landed at 4.9.

The year before, 2015, Tagore had 14 consultants working for a sufficient time with customers to get a combined rating. The result was just as high – 4.8 was the grade for competence, 4.9 for trust and well-being.

‘We realise that well-being is at least as important as the foundations of competence and trust. Well-being is a must to work in the best and most effective way, as our consultants do,’ commented Lundberg.
