Well hello, Anders Lundberg, new starter at Tagore!

What’s your background?

–  At heart I’m a technician but have gone more towards management. I’ve been CEO of several IT companies, a business area manager, and worked a lot with business systems and system development in medium and large projects. Now I am the programme leader of a large listed company where we will implement an ERP solution.

Why have you started working at Tagore?

–  I have known Benny Lundberg, Tagore’s CEO, for a long time and started here because we have similar views when it comes to work and how to treat people – both colleagues and customers. Tagore is a value-driven company and I like that.

What are the values that you think are most important?

– Honesty. I believe in the individual’s inherent power and that the value of a company always builds on all individuals doing as well as possible. Satisfied customers and employees benefit from the value of the company, which is achieved by treating employees and customers professionally and respecting everyone’s strengths and weaknesses. And competence, of course, we’re a competence agency and need a culture that benefits it.

You live in Skellefteå, northern Sweden. What do you do when you’re not working?

– I like practicing sports, strength training and running. And cars and astronomy. I’m also leaning more towards astrophysics – I’m curious about why we’re here and where we’re heading. When one does not feel religiously motivated, astronomy and physics are a good way of explaining existence.
